We stumbled across the Gizmondo in the UK.

Although not many people (including us at the time) have even heard of a Gizmondo, it said on the box it could play video so we purchased one to see just what it could do, and to see if we could support it.

As it happens, with its excellent games, movie playback features and inbuilt GPS we find the 'Giz' is used more than we could ever imagine, especially when keeping the kids quiet on longer journeys due to its durable construction and playback facilities.

Full Gizmondo support was added to the Pocket DVD Wizard in version 4.1

The Pocket DVD Wizard lets you use your computer to make backup copies of your DVDs, Mpeg, Avi and DivX® video and then play them on a handheld device such as the Gizmondo.

With the Pocket DVD Wizard and your Gizmondo, you can watch your DVDs in the office, on the plane, in the car or even on the beach!
