Watch your DVD videos on your Gizmondo.

We stumbled across the Gizmondo in the UK.

Although not many people (including us at the time) have even heard of a Gizmondo, it said on the box it could play video so we purchased one to see just what it could do, and to see if we could support it.

As it happens, with its excellent games, movie playback features and inbuilt GPS we find the 'Giz' is used more than we could ever imagine, especially when keeping the kids quiet on longer journeys due to its durable construction and playback facilities.

Full Gizmondo support was added to the Pocket DVD Wizard in version 4.1

This software is not designed or produced to circumvent technology that effectively protects access to, or restricts the duplication of copyrighted material. It has a commercially significant purpose other than to circumvent such technology; being primarily designed to backup home movies, tv programming and personal video files from a users hard drive and/or on removable media. It does not produce digitally identical copies. All backups are created to a highly 'lossy' compressed file.
